*Job Title: ETL,BI TESTER Consultant *

*Job Description*

   - Demonstrated knowledge of industry-standard software testing
   methodologies, best practices and test design techniques
   - 5+ years of experience in database/backend testing and ETL, BI Testing
   - Hands-on experience in BI tools like Cognos, Tableau,..
   - Very Good experience and knowledge of Test Data Management activities
   and process
   - Expertise in designing test strategy, test plan for backend / ETLs and
   workflows
   - Hands-on Experience in DBA skill for commercial databases
   - Expertise in Defect life cycle, defect triage
   - Continuous identification of opportunities for improving the team
   and/or project’s testing process and test efficiency, including test
   automation
   - Ability to work in global environment with people from diverse
   cultural backgrounds
   - Proven ability to multitask, manage concurrent global project efforts,
   and work under pressure situations with minimal supervision in a team
   environment
   - Able to work independently and perform responsibilities under minimal
   supervision
   - Perform delivery focused project reviews across onsite and offshore
   - Coach delivery teams on how to manage risks and issues and work
   collaboratively towards success
   - Perform project startup, configuration, milestone audits thus ensuring
   good product quality
   - Coach delivery teams for process implementations & standardization in
   projects.
   - Drive the Process Initiatives \ Improvement Activities & CMMi
   compliance in the projects.
   - Identify process improvements & share Organization & industry best
   practices.
   - Hands on experience on various technology based tools
   (delivery/testing oriented) are MUST.
   - Project Management/Engagement Management knowledge will be an
   advantage.

*Skills Required:*

   - Prior experience in Retail projects
   - Experience in reference data management tools.
   - Unix, SQL & Perl
   - Data stage / ETL tools technologies
   - BI Report Testing
   - Strong knowledge in testing batch driven applications and scheduler
   tool technologies (e.g. CAWA)
   - HP Mercury testing tools (Quality Centre, Quick Test Professional)
   - Databases SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Teradata
   - Exposure to any SAP BW testing .
   - Experience in Shell scripting

*Job Title: Pega Lead Business Analyst *
*Duration: 6 Months *

*Job Description*

   - Lead the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best
   way to implement those requirements leveraging the Pegasystems software
   - Facilitates the Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) sessions and helps
   business resources prepare for them; ensure the documented Use Cases
   adequately represent the needs of the business and meet all the requirements
   - Creates Application Profile. Drafts flows, UIs, and properties in
   PRPC. Builds the Process Matrix. Enters and maintains use cases.
   - Regularly interfaces with business subject matter experts to
   continuously capture the objectives and requirements associated with the
   proposed application
   - Helps facilitate the DCO sessions and helps the business resources
   prepare for them
   - Support the development of process descriptions, functional
   requirements and specifications through facilitated workshops and meetings
   with the business users and stakeholders
   - Maintains requirement change control

*Required technical skills*

   - 8- 10 years’ experience with 4+ years of experience on Pega PRPC (6.x,
   7.x versions) and frameworks (Preferably CPM experience)
   - Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA)
   - Pega Integration Specialist.
   - Awareness of various PEGA products.

*Role wise skills*

   - Insurance background needed
   - Excellent command on various implementation methodologies like PEGA
   SMART BPM, Agile, Scrum.
   - Ability to drive and facilitate the DCO process.
   - Create Application Profile. Draft flows, UIs, and properties in PRPC.
