*Job Duties & Responsibilities:*
· As a front-end engineer, you will work on analysis,
troubleshooting, maintenance request and production defects.
· You will coordinate with the client team and Wipro team at
onshore (US) and offshore (India); provide technical leadership and provide
status reports.
· Developing and testing code that adheres to industry best
practices & expectations like accessibility guidelines and cross browser
compatibility.
· Build modular, scalable, robust, and reusable code with front-end
& mobile technologies using good engineering practices.
*Minimum requirements:*
· 7+ years of web development experience as a either a front end or
full stack web developer
· Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JS, JQuery & JQuery Mobile
· Good knowledge of Ajax, RWD (Responsive Web Design) &
Cross-browser / device compatibility aspects
· Good knowledge of mobile platforms: iOS & Android
· In depth knowledge of Web Services and constructs like XML & JSON
· Ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously and work with
minimal supervision
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience working on a Global Delivery Model (Offshore – Onsite
model)
· Domain knowledge of Banking industry – accounts & payments space
– is a plus
