6+ Months Functional expertise in CRM/Services and Project Management for large programs. *Mandatory Skillset:* *Strong Program Management Skills* w/Functional expertise in Services/CRM areas. • Professional expertise in managing large scale Business transformation projects and migrations to ERP environments • Knowledge in Siebel CRM modules like Contact center, Install Base, Service Contracts (Warranty + Service Agreements), Depot Repair is a must and other modules like Service parts planning, Spare parts management exposure • Project schedule management, Scope management, Risk management and must be able to drive multiple teams effectively • Project stakeholder management and drive/conduct workshops, focused sessions, management cadences as and when needed • Strong Leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving, and great communication skills. • Hands-on knowledge in CRM suite • PMP certified Greater knowledge of the business side of IT Program Management Exposure in Siebel CRM modules Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and MS Project. Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
