*JOB DESCRIPTION* Define audience needs and translate those into design concepts for compelling interactions and user experience. Document functional/business requirements and prototype user experience and interaction specifications. Clarify research goals based on input from cross-functional teams. Facilitate design, concept and prototype sessions; develop an effective and efficient prototyping/storyboard process to communicate user experience visions to stakeholders. Translate research findings into actionable, prioritized recommendations. Prepare, document and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Develop wireframes of screens and interaction designs, as well as document process flow. Provide details wireframes for Desktop as well as Tablet/Smartphones based on the requirements Practical knowledge and experience working on Responsive Designs is definitely required. *QUALIFICATIONS /REQUIREMENTS* Human Factors International (HFI) Certified Usability Analyst or similar/higher qualification in the field of Usability is must. 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in user research, user interface design, information architecture, usability testing, human factors, and other related disciplines within a corporate environment Must possess a thorough understanding of UCD best practices, application design, and essential graphic design theory. Best practices will evolve over time and require the individual to stay current. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tracks. Excellent traceability of decisions and tasks undertaken. Able to produce results independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
