*Product Manager*

Through 12/31/2015

Wilton, CT

Project Role:

The CMT project is looking for a Product Manager*, *with 5 years’
experience as a Product Manager. The candidate should possess great
analytical skills and be able to work well with Stakeholders of all levels.
The candidate should be well versed in what Product Management is, owning
the product, and understands the lifecycle of that Product. There are
about 20 products in the portfolio; most if not all are web and iPad-based
applications. CMT owns the ecosystem of management products (like Dots
Explorer, Issue Logs) as part of the vision to systematize management
through technology.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of technology but must be
able to navigate between strategy and execution; working with the business
and leadership for the products direction as well as with the application
development team. The candidate should have some knowledge of how products
are created; a deep technologist is not required and will not be
responsible for the underlying technology nor architecture. The execution
team that builds the web and iPad-based applications, uses agile project
development.

This is NOT a project management role – there are explicit product
responsibilities such as managing demand across the organization; helping
to prioritize what features are in-scope for each release; meeting with the
development team to shape the feature within a release cycle. This is a
typical Scrum Agile Product Manager.

There is an overall 3-year product roadmap with the focus of this role to
assist on the next 8 month release cycle. There are Iteration Planning
Meetings w/ the executing team once per week, the business more frequently
to understand requirements and change enablement plans.
