*Load Balancing Engineer for Citrix NetScaler, F5 GTM, F5 LTM products -
HDQ (DFW) *
*Duration : 6+ months*
*Location : Ft. Worth TX *
*Client Notes: With regard to Citrix NetScaler load balancing, experience
with Access Gateway strongly preferred. 6 month contract for now, with most
likely extensions. *
- Load Balancing Engineer with hands-on experience on Citrix NetScaler
as well as F5 BIG-IP GTM and LTM. This highly dynamic position will
interact with application teams across American Airlines to engineer,
document, and support load balancing solutions unique to the application
requirements.
- The Load Balancing Engineer will be an expert in the Citrix NetScaler
and F5 Load Balancing platforms, must have
integration/configuration/administration experience, and possess a solid
Network background including an understanding of switch, network routing,
and firewall concepts.
- The Load Balancing Engineer must possess very strong troubleshooting
skills as well as a strong TCP understanding as it pertains to packet
inspection and TCP flow in the Network and Application flows.
- The Load Balancing Engineer must have a very good understanding of DNS
functionality and concepts as it relates to IPv4 and IPv6.
*Education/Experience*
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or
relevant field preferred, equivalent experience is acceptable
- Minimum 4 years in Load Balancing technology and DNS
