*Requirements:*
· *9+ years* of IT experience
· Hands on *Silverlight development* experience
· Hands on *HTLM5/CSS3/JavaScript development* experience
· Experience with *KnockoutJS or other MVVM JavaScript framework*
· Experience doing a previous *Silverlight to HTML migration* highly
desirable
· Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
· Well-versed in *software engineering principles, frameworks and
technologies*
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related degree, or
equivalent work experience.
· Good experience in working with offshore and geographically
diversified teams
· Good understanding and hands on *experience in Agile*
· Strong written and spoken communication skills
*In addition to the skill set:*
· The candidate must be completely aware of the *onsite/offshore
model,*
· Should *be flexible about work timings* and can take *full
ownership from onsite perspective*
