   - Solution development in Share-point 2013
   - Should be able to analyze the features MOSS site, refine and redesign
   if required to make the application function efficiently and make it user
   friendly.
   - Site and content migration from MOSS 2007 to SharePoint 2013 (in COE
   Environment).
   - should be able to capture business requirements, develop
   documentation, design, develop and implement solution in mind of the
   American express standards.
   - Most importantly, work closely with SharePoint COE and ensure a sound
   process put in place to sustain the application's compliance towards
   standards/guidelines provided by the SharePoint COE.
