Duration: 12 months+ Location: NYC, NY Interview: Telephonic/Skype *Skills Required * In more detail, that means the candidate need to have: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Critical thinking skills • Experience in solution design, particularly with Salesforce. *On top of that, any of these things will help him to stand out:* • 8+ years of experience in software development and/or programming design and systems management • 4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience • 3+ years of technical team leadership experience • Extensive knowledge on force.com platform • Knowledge of AppExchange ecosystem • Broader programming technologies such as HTML, XML, JSON, JQuery, SOAP, AJAX, Javascript (including modern Javascript libraries), Adobe Flex, Java, JSP, PHP, .NET, SQL • Knowledge of different database platforms such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase • Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica and SSIS • Experience with other CRM software (Oracle, SalesLogix, Dynamics, etc.) • You should have your Salesforce Developer 401 Certification • Additional certifications such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Advanced Developer, or Technical Architect. *Role Description * • As a Technical Lead/Architect, you’ll be responsible for leading all technical aspects of delivering a Salesforce project, which include custom development as well as data and application integration. You will be expected to have extensive experience in software development, including, but not limited to, Salesforce technologies such as Visual force and Apex. You will also be expected to document detailed design of technical solutions and manage developers throughout the development, testing, and support phases. • You’ll need excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability, and a deep knowledge of Salesforce technologies and implementation approaches.
