*Job Title:* Sr. SAP FI/CO Consultant *Location: *Mountain View, CA *Start Date:* 12/14/2015 *End Date:* 6/30/2016 *Qualifications:* Strong hands on experience in GL, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting modules Ability to liaise with cross functional business and IT teams and act as an internal IT point of contact for SAP implementation projects Manage work across time zones and support US locations (in Florida) - overlap, work with US (in California) core IT team and India support teams as needed Document process flows and operating instructions for business execution team. Analysis of business requirements and design and implementation of robust and scalable solutions to accommodate changing business needs. Participate in and help drive functional and technical design specifications. Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues. Coach and develop skills within a project team. Work effectively in geographically and culturally diverse project and support teams. Continually strive to enhance or improve business systems processes that drive efficiency through use of best practices Track record of successfully driving business decisions engaging multiple decision makers and diverse constituencies. Monitor progress of SAP projects and take corrective action as required to ensure deadlines and business needs are met. Identify system problems and determine necessary resolution. Work with SAP team to write business and technical specifications. Execute quality assurance from test definition through assessment sign off. Provide end user training and on-going user support during implementation and after go live date.
