· 5+ years of comprehensive and practical experience in Windows Server
2008/2012 administration;
· 5+ years of comprehensive experience designing, implementing,
maintaining and supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments with
Windows Active Directory 2008/2012, Windows clustering, DNS and DHCP;
· Networking protocols including TCP/IP addressing, subnets, VLANs,
routing, TCP and UDP, and firewall rules;
· Expert knowledge and demonstrated experience in the following areas:
o AD Application Mode
o AD Federation Services
o Identity Lifecycle Manager
o DNS and DHCP
o IP Address Management,
o Active Directory Rights Management
o Trusts and Group Policy Objects (GPO)
o Directory Services and Branch Office Deployments
o IT operations and optimization
o Core Windows Services and Protocols
o Windows Security Architecture
o Certificate Services
o Clustering and Load Balancing

maintaining Windows Server 2008/2012 R2, VMWare vSphere 5.x/6.x
Five (5) years of experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and
supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments with Windows Active
Directory 2008/2012/GPO’s, Windows clustering, DNS and DHCP, MS SCCM/SCOM,
SQL Always On, AD Federation Services, Certificate Services, Cloud
Technologies, and Exchange 2010/2013, and Powershell scripting for IT
operations and optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience working on
successful projects through the entire project lifecycle while maintaining
high customer satisfaction.
