Aware of Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. - Lead process improvements and maintain the storage quality framework - Documentation of processes and Standard operating procedures. - Ability to take the ownership of handling major incidents.
