existing Client’s solution. This document will be a key input into the
requirements and design documents that will form a blueprint for upgrading
and improving the Client solution.
- Create a documentation deliverable that will capture user requirements
for the new Client’s solution.
- Create a documentation deliverable that will capture the design of the
new Client’s solution.
- Create a documentation deliverable that will outline the strategies,
procedures, and processes that will ensure the new Client’s solution
achieves its quality objectives.
- Implement an improved solution that includes increased data quality
(timeliness, completeness, accuracy, etc:), ease-of-use, and research
capabilities.
- Prepare training materials for the training program of the new
solution. The may include materials such as a PowerPoint presentation,
instructional videos, quick start sheets, and user guides.
- Business Case – Create a documentation deliverable that documents the
justification for the project based on estimated cost of development and
implementation against the risks and the anticipated business benefits.
