*Location: Morris Plains, NJ* *Duration: 4+ Months* Extensive experience designing and developing interfaces using SAP PI including mapping and IDOC processing. Demonstrated experience in configuration of the PI Landscape in SLD, including both Web AS ABAP and Web AS JAVA. Expert development *of end-to-end PI integrations* using Integration Builder and Integration Directory. Development of Message types, Message interfaces, Message mapping and Interface mappings in Integration Builder. Creation of configuration objects such as the Configuration scenario, Party, Receiver determination, Interface determination, Sender agreements and Receiver agreements for the various scenarios. Expert development and support of the Seeburger EDI mapping and translation applications integrated with SAP PI, including traditional VAN based EDI (ANSI X12, EDIFACT), FTP based EDI, and AS2. Experience using other mapping / translator tools a plus. Extensive experience working with the EDI transactions for example Order (850), Order Acknowledgement / Change (855), Invoice (810), Advance Ship Notice (856), Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies, message protocols including cXML. Experience in full development life cycle - all areas and phases of the SDLC. Experience with ABAP Objects, ABAP Data Dictionary, SAP List Viewer (ALV), and related ABAP workbench tools Experience enhancing SAP system using user exits, enhancements, and BADI (Business Add Ins) Experience developing interfaces and data transfer programs using RFC, *ALE, IDOC* and BAPI *Job Level Specific Duties* Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and revises existing system logic difficulties. Implements systems applications and tests end-user processes. Creates / delivers correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end user training. Responds to client inquiries involving application questions. Develops customized queries and reports utilizing complex table matrices. Interacts with clients, internal and external, acting as a key liaison between business and technology areas. Documents business rules / functional requirements to support system enhancements. Oversees external product vendors� performance and collaborates on future system enhancements. *Skills* Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture. Solid analytical / problem solving skills. Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective. Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources. Strong client service attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills.
