*Role: SAP PP MM Lead with S4 HANA knowledge or exp* *Location:* *Menlo Park, California* *Duration: 6 months* *As a Production Planning Lead * Implement S/4 HANA Planning and Manufacturing processes Lead business blueprinting workshop and prepare blueprint document as per IM&C and EC & O industry best practices. Configure and Test Planning and Manufacturing processes as per design document Design Interfaces with SAP ME or other third party Manufacturing Execution system. Perform Fit-Gap analysis and prepare functional design documents for identified and approved Gaps. Work closely with customers as their technical advisor during the implementation phase. Lead team of offshore resources and plan deliverables as per project plan Provide production support after Go-Live *As a Materials Management Lead* Implement S/4 HANA procurement and Inventory Management processes. Lead business blueprinting workshop and prepare blueprint document as per IM&C and EC & O industry best practices. Configure and Test procurement and Inventory Management processes as per design document Design Interfaces with 3PL and legacy systems Perform Fit-Gap analysis and prepare functional design documents for identified and approved Gaps. Work closely with customers as their technical advisor during the implementation phase. Lead team of offshore resources and plan deliverables as per project plan Provide production support after Go-Live and *Required qualifications as a Production Planning Lead include:* 10+ years of SAP Production Planning Module Implementation 1 year of HANA Experience or having good knowledge of S/4 HANA Enterprise system. Good to have 3 E2E Project Implementation experience and worked as the Lead Consultant on a minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementation projects in Discrete Manufacturing Industry. Have strong configuration and testing skills in the areas of SAP Forecasting, Demand Management, Production Planning (MRP) and Shop Floor Execution. Experience of mapping all the Production processes like MTS, MTO, ATO, ETO, Repetitive and CTO in SAP. Experience of interfacing with non-SAP manufacturing execution systems and non-SAP engineering systems is an advantage. Possess expertise in the use of different Planning strategies in various scenarios. Expertise in PP-WM interface setup and manage various scenarios with or without KANBAN. Experience in handling various material staging processes Understanding APO Planning including the integration of SAP ECC to APO and an understanding of APO requirements within the ECC application is highly desired. Having good knowledge of S/4 HANA Enterprise system. *Required qualifications as a Materials Management Lead include:* 10+ years of SAP Material Management Module Implementation 1 year of HANA Experience or having good knowledge of S/4 HANA Enterprise system. Good to have 5 E2E Project Implementation experience and worked as the Lead Consultant on a minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementation projects Expertise in Implementing following Procurement and Inventory Management functions: Direct & Indirect Material Procurement, Contracts, Scheduling agreement, service orders, Intercompany purchase, VMI, Consignment, Inbound and Outbound delivery, Physical Inventory and counting processes, Third Party Drop shipment, configurable material Purchasing, Re-order point planning. Expertise in workflow based PO/PR Release strategy setup based on various business requirements.
