*Position I:* SAP GTS Technical Lead Consultant *Location: *Spartanburg, SC *Start Date:* ASAP *End Date:* 8/4/2017 *Description:* Experienced in SAP GTS in the functionalities related to EAI skills for integration of non-SAP systems with SAP GTS. Technical expertise in integration methods between SAP and non-SAP internal systems, Govt. and non-Govt. external agency systems. 10+ years of overall SAP experience with multiple GTS SAP roll-outs. Should be experienced in Automotive Manufacturing industry processes. Has advanced functional knowledge of area of responsibility. Fluent in English writing and verbal communication. Should be able to manage a team of functional and technical consultants. Responsible for the deliverables of the project throughout Blueprint, Realization, Cutover and Support phases Must have knowledge of test planning and execution, cutover planning and execution Experience with leading a team across different process areas, geographies, work forces and technical expertise. Coordination with Project team stakeholders - Business / Data Owners, SAP Functional teams, SAP ABAP / Basis teams, ETL teams, Legacy data team etc. Job Level Specific Duties: Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments, task mgmt. and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance. Collaborates and checks with other team members to create a streamlined process design and documents. Creates Blueprints, Functional specifications, Test Scripts and clarifies solutions to the Business and Developers Conducts blueprint workshops and design prototypes to explain solution Creates business process flow charts for customer and technical review Builds relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are being met. Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. Reviews deliverables for quality and accuracy Builds relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are being met. Identify and Analyze risks, conflicts and provides risk mitigation approach and resolve conflicts (design, personnel) while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. *Position II:* SAP GTS Master Data Management Consultant *Location: *Spartanburg, SC *Start Date:* ASAP *End Date:* 8/4/2017 *Description:* Experienced in SAP GTS in the functionalities related to master data SPL lists, HTS, schedule B, export control numbers, license master data, PGA indicators, FTA and FTC flags Export control north America according, EAR, ITAR and USML 10+ years of overall SAP experience with multiple GTS SAP roll-outs. 2 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing industry processes. Has advanced functional knowledge of area of responsibility. Fluent in English writing and verbal communication. Should be able to manage a team of functional and technical consultants.
