Also please include your phone number as well as a good time you can be reached. *Sr Messaging Engineer* * 6 months Jersey City* They're looking for heavy power shell, Exchange 2016/Skype for Business, Domino and Good for Enterprise. · This role will be serving as a Senior-level Messaging Engineer with both operations and design engineering responsibilities for the Windows Infrastructure environment, including an emphasis on Microsoft Exchange 2010/2016/O365, IBM Domino, Lync/Skype, SharePoint, Mobile Technologies (Blackberry, GOOD etc.), and Compliance solutions ( Actiance Vantage, Global Relay) · Work closely with both IT and business partners to design and implement solutions supporting business needs · This person will be helping teams to design and implement critical business systems in tight alignment with strategic direction set by the company · Ability to multi-task and manage operational day to day and project tasks responsibilities · The ability to be self dependent and manage projects efficiently · This role will be able to explain & justify design decisions to their IT peers and articulate the advantages and risks of their decisions. · This role is responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting complex Microsoft Exchange, mail routing, mobility and general Windows networking issues · Skills providing root cause analysis, incident management, along with managing communication with clients / partners / Service team members · Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with production lifecycle methodology and risk/change management guidelines · The Engineer will participate/contribute on project engagements, provide technical mentoring to team members, and actively participate in architecture reviews and strategic development activities · Strong hands-on technical skills, an analytical problem-solving mindset, delivery focus and client-orientation are all critical for this role Participate/Contribute with after-hours/weekend work in rotation with all members of the team *Profile* · Must have both hands-on architecture/design, implementation experience, and expert level knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Exchange 2010/2016/O365, Lync/Skype, SharePoint 2007/2013, Active Directory, DNS), Mobile Technologies (Blackberry, GOOD), scripting (Powershell, automation) and Agile methodologies. · Exposure to other infrastructure areas including: Active Directory, Vmware, NAS Storage, Backup & Recovery, SQL Server and more! · Strong expertise and troubleshooting experience with SMTP, TCP/IP, DNS and some level of experience with Network troubleshooting. Desired: · Experience with Cisco Ironport, Symantec DLP, Trend AV · Experience with Global Relay, Actiance Vantage, Symantec EV · Lotus Notes experience is desired · ITIL experience is preferred · Exchange 2010/2016/O365, Lync/Skype, Blackberry/GOOD Collaboration Tools, Scripting, SMTP, Active Directory Desired: · Cisco Ironport, Lotus Notes, Vantage, IMs (BBRG, Symphony, Reuters, ICE, etc.), Global Relay, Quest Migration Tools, Sharepoint · Financial services business knowledge, particularly prior work experience with financial industries Required: · Minimum 7-8 years experience Sigma caters to more than 40 clients across the country, so hopefully we can work together to place strong candidates, such as yourself.
