*Job Description:*
· Porting, enhancing and customizing existing Android modules to
infotainment systems.
· Design, implement, validate and roll out assigned software
component into project source repository.
· Close cooperation with other leaders and projects managers
· Linux Middleware familiar with *HAL* and partially* BSP*
· Performing software development for Android based Car
Infotainment systems using Java, Android Application Framework Architecture
and APIs
· Developing services using *BT protocols *(Applicable for
*BT/Connectivity* Position) and *Media streaming services* (Applicable for
Media Position)
· Performing analysis, design, coding, and testing of the software
applications
· implement new features and fix bugs in the system
· Utilize languages, tools and development frameworks such as *Android,
Android toolkit, Eclipse, Android Studio, Git, Jenkins, Rally, Jira, Elvis,
JNI, C++* to perform the above.
· Experienced in Android programming environment using a binder,
shared memory etc.
· OS: Linux / Android. Proficiency in real-time multi-threaded
software design and development, system programming using IPC,
synchronization primitives
· Programming Language: Strong in *C/C++, basic shell* scripting
· Tools: Development and Debugging using Host - Target tool chains
for embedded platforms
· Positive attitude towards work (Dynamic)
· Good English skills (writing, documenting, conversation)
