*Position: JAVA Application Architect* *Location: Hartford, CT* *Duration: 3+ months* 15-20+ years of software development, architecture and design experience 10+ years of experience working with Java and J2EE technologies 3+ years experience designing build, test, deploy best practices with *Angular and Typescript* or AngularJS. Experience with *WebSphere Portal* (or Liferay if we can’t find this with WP.) Experience working with UI technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) Experience designing and implementing highly scalable systems and platforms Experience developing RESTful Services in Java or Node Experience integrating content management systems (ideally Autonomy/Interwoven) Strong knowledge and Experience in working with *Spring* Framework Knowledge of Docker, Cloud Foundry or similar container based deployment strategy Knowledge and Experience of Agile Methodologies Experience with any rules engine (BRMS) a plus.
