*JD for Position:*
· Estimates automated load test cases and execution efforts across
various platforms.
· Creates and executes automated load test cases.
· Analyzes test results and create load or performance test reports.
· Communicates test reports to Test Manager.
· Tracks analyzes and resolves defects.
· Maintains enhances and expands the load automation framework and
associated tools.
· Maintains enhances and executes EDS good night jobs.
· Exercises good judgment in selecting methods, techniques and
evaluation criteria for obtaining solutions.
· Works with product managers, development teams, business analysts
and QA teams.
· Creates regression test plan for web service functional testing
· *Performs functional automation testing for web service messages.*
· *Performs non-functional testing for web service messages*
· *Co-ordinates with client and offshore team on regular basis.*
· *Hands on experience in automation framework developments*
· *Must have strong programming skills in C# (Must)*
· *Should have experience working on Unix or AIX environments*
· Grooms the manual test cases available in *ALM* and analyses the
feasibility for automation
· Estimates the effort required to automate test cases
· Creates and executes automated test cases and updated the
corresponding status in *ALM*
· Run test executions and analyses, fixes failures, and shares test
reports.
· Communicates automation progress and test reports to Symitar Test
Manager.
· Tracks, analyzes and resolves defects.
· *Maintains, enhances and expands the legacy automation framework
and associated tools or enablers*
· Works with business analysts and Symitar QA team to resolve
clarifications
· *Should have min 6 years of automation development experience in
C#*
· *Should have min 2-3 years’ experience in Coded UI tool*
· *Should be hands on with both client co-ordination and
onsite/offshore coordination*
· *Responsible for Effort estimations and code reviews*
