The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a testing team that tests various view ports, and developing client side interactions for XHTML based webpages. This will be done on internal CMS, using the most current web practices to maintain the quality and page performance for serving a high traffic website for Microsoft Office 365. *Responsibilities:* - Ensure a product or service meets the established standards of quality, including reliability, usability and performance. - Create/ re-use tools to test functional and responsiveness of high-traffic web pages. - Drive selection and decision-making process of : o Browser matrix o Device matrix o Environment o Test tools o Test cases for manual and automation o Automation framework based on the tool - Create test plans/test scenarios. - Adhere to accessibility standards. - Report test resources, tasks and bugs. - Management - task assignation, trouble shooting, functional understanding, requirement gathering. - Work with developers, client manager, localization team, site managers, editors and designers on a day-to-day basis. - Must be able to perform work effectively in an Agile environment, and handle multiple test tasks and demands simultaneously. - Manage deliverable and deadlines. Ensure ETA’s are met on/before time. - Participate in scrum and team meetings, and should be able to work independently in a time critical environment, and as part of a team on special and ongoing projects. *Qualifications:* - Must be eligible for Microsoft Managed Service role. - Strong knowledge of CodeFlow, Team Foundation Server, and SharePoint. - Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical, presentation and reporting skills. - Must be flexible to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes. - Testing experience in web?based and database applications. - Knowledge of IT process improvement and various IT QA standards. - Experience working on localization testing. - Experience in working in a Scrum team and facilitating the Scrum process. - Thorough understanding of software quality activities throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). - Knowledge of accessibility testing and regression, and automation tools (Selenium, Coded UI, VB Script). *Preferred Qualifications:* - 508 Certified Accessibility Tester. - Working knowledge of MWF https://getmwf.com or Picchu framework. - Front end technology stack - XHTML, HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, JSONP. - BI understanding and implementation: WebTrends optimize, Ensighten. - Experience in Site Muse, Compass, Red Tiger or any Microsoft Enterprise Scale CMS platform, especially on VSO-Visual Studio Online for tracking bugs and tasks. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
