*Title:* Senior Appian Developer *Location:* Charlotte, NC *GC / USC ONLY* *Senior Appian Developer* *Key Job Functions* · Design, develop and implement technical solutions · Manage technical implementation tasks delegated by your Lead, to ensure work is delivered on-time and on-budget · Effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during the project lifecycle · Able to perform break/fix and enhancement work request (WR) application development, maintenance, and production support · Tracking and reporting service levels for application development, maintenance, and production support · Able to do the root cause analysis on production issues reported by users · Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve incidents/problems and outages of production environments. · Respond promptly to incidents and escalate when appropriate. · Demonstrate technical knowledge by mentoring junior team members on on-going basis *Desired Skill Set* · *3+ years in Appian* · Experience with latest Appian versions, Ability to write complex Appian SAIL Code. · Have worked on one or more end to end Appian BPM implementation (Design/Develop/Deploy/Package) · 5+ years of experience in software delivery or software development (Java/JEE/Eclipse/JBOSS/Apache) · Experience in banking domain Preferred · Appian BPM Certification, ACAD-2 Preferred · Experience in building frameworks.
