Implements IT standards, policies and/or master plan for the IT function. Manages the development and acquisition of new technologies and tools to improve the organization's internal operations and data delivery. Assists as needed to implement and support applications in the IT environment, as it relates to the load-balancers in the Charter Spectrum IT Datacenters. *MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* As a part of the IT Datacenter Load balancing team, the load-balancer engineer will install, configure, deploy and support the load-balancers in the organization Manage and support our load-balancers in a critical 24x7 environment Implements IT plan according to the IT and corporate strategy Manages the maintenance and enhancement of hardware and software systems that support field business applications and local area network/wide area networks (LAN/WAN) for employees Complies with IT standards, policies and procedures *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS* *Skills/Abilities and Knowledge* - Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner - Must have extensive knowledge of F5 load-balancers and be able to intelligently and clearly speak to it during an interview, including but not limited to: VIP creation, Pool creation, load-balancing techniques, enhanced health checks, iRules - Extensive knowledge of SSL Certificate Management as it relates to load-balancers and client-server applications - Knowledge of computer and/or network systems, applications, procedures and techniques - Knowledge or experience with Service Now a plus - Basic computer skills, with proficiency with Word and Excel - Experience leading others and providing constructive feedback - Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders - Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities - Ability to learn and support new systems and applications - Ability to work with others to resolve problems, handle requests or situations - Demonstrated knowledge of information technologies and methodologies related to assigned IT segment or area - Displays a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently - A team player with the ability to enable changes in the business processes and ability to work cooperatively with all groups is essential - Ability to multi-task and handle on a proactive basis, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment in order to maximize time-management and efficiencies - Demonstrated ability to successfully distill complex technical information into clear, concise yet comprehensive communication material - Demonstrated ability to meet rigorous deadlines while managing multiple projects concurrently *Anchit Bajpai* *Technical Recruiter* 1 Point System LLC Unit 103, 206 N College St, Pineville, North Carolina, 28134 *D : 803-369-3436,* *E* : *[email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
