*Position: Technical Project Manager with Telecom Domain Exp.* *Location: Charlotte, NC* *Duration: Long term contract* *Only USC/GC Candidate* *Job Description: * *Core Responsibilities:* • Responsible for managing life cycle of projects, including planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time • Track user stories, timelines, and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracks critical project achievements • Coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team • Manages and plans sprints, scrums, and retrospectives • Develops, maintains, and manages detailed project plans, action item registers, and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects • Coordinates with other work streams, projects, and initiatives which may impact successful completion of project • Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management • Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, risk and resources of the work effort being managed. • Must possess strong knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques • Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding environment with focus on exceptionally high quality and customer experience standards • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned . *Skill Sets Requirements:* • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology or Engineering • *Generally, 10 years of project management experience in technology sector* • *Good experience in telecom/ cable/ wireless domain* • *Have strong background in Java, web services* • Specific Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Operational experience a plus • Experience in Hard Ware deployment useful • Be well versed with both Waterfall and Agile development processes, with prior experience as a Scrum Master a plus. • Understanding of and experience with the full software development lifecycle, including functional and technical specifications, implementation, QA processes, deployment and maintenance. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. *Vineet Mishra* *Sr. Technical Recruiter* *1 Point System LLC* Unit 103, 206 N College St, Pineville, North Carolina, United States - 28134. *W*: www.1pointsys.com *P*: 803-317-2541 *E*: [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
