Quality Assurance Engineer with SQL and Report Testing Experience *Location:* King of Prussia, PA Job Duties Work with the Business and Development team to understand and analyses the requirements. Create Test Strategy (Integration and System Test) for the releases and create test scripts. Should be able to understand and execute Complex SQL queries. Should have good understanding of various Joints to mine the test data. Should create and continuously maintain a regression test suite. Should be able to manage defects. Create Requirement Test Matrics and be able to create Test closure report. *Requirements * Must have 4 years of college degree or US equivalent of the same. Good SQL knowledge is must - should be able to write queries using different kind of joins. Should have at least 5 years of web based and reporting application testing experience. Have experience on ETL testing. Should know automation testing concept and familiar with scripting. Should know SDLC and QA processes. Finance/Banking domain knowledge is desired. Must have experience with Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing phases. Must have experience in Analyzing the requirements, manual test scripts, execute the scripts, data mine, raise ambiguities and defect. Should be capable of working with large team size & coordinate with various team members, BA, developers, QA Lead, QA manager, DBAs, etc. Should have thorough understanding of the defect life cycle. Should have intermediate to expert level experience in writing and optimizing the SQL Queries. Should have worked in the Offshore/onshore delivery model. Should have experience in Agile Software methodology.
