- The awarded contractor shall provide on-site information technology
programming services to support the Accountability System utilized for
payroll processing, tracking and mission support. The Accountability
System is utilized to support missions and emergencies.
- The on-site services shall include review of the current system,
system changes to improve the performance of the current system, repair
programming issues with the current system and on-going support.
- The awarded contractor will work closely with staff to make
enhancements to the system and develop new functionality. This includes
presenting ideas for system improvement and upgrades, testing the product
in controlled simulations prior to go-live, preparing training manuals for
users, and maintenance of the system.
- The awarded contractor will be required to provide services during
state activated emergencies to ensure the system is fully operational.
- The Accountability System is currently housed and is operating on
Oracle and developed using Application Express (APEX) object oriented
language.
- The selected candidate should have extensive knowledge of Oracle
applications including but not limited to Oracle APEX and a solid
understanding of Oracle SQL.
- The awarded contractor shall provide proof of three (3) years'
experience in Oracle Programming.
