*Lead Java Developer* role open for a 7+ year experienced Java Developer
with complex _back-end development, Core Java, and large database
experience_. This role will be responsible to understand client
requirements and initiate back-end logic to make customizations to an
existing application. You will interface directly with clients, so
excellent communication skills are necessary! You will heavily
interface with all technical and non-technical departments to complete
1-3 year project cycles.
*This is not a heads-down development role. Your resume must demonstrate
development in */complex back office admin systems and understanding of
logic and algorithms. You will make design modifications and hand it to
off-shore dev teams for coding. /
*Requirements:*
* 7 years Core Java
* Relational Database (preferably MS SQL Server with hundreds of
tables and over a thousand services)
* Ability to understand business functionality and write designs to
customize existing features for clients.
* Java/J2EE, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, Caching, web services,
Reflection, multithreading
* Eclipse/RAD
