Appreciate if you can refer your friends or colleagues who might be looking for a job. *Position Role* Onsite – *Technical Business Analyst* *Location* San Francisco, CA *Duration* Long-Term Contract *Responsibilities - In detail* • Lead business analysis and design sessions • Work closely with product owner and existing application to understand and document requirements, business rules • Work closely with remote/offshore team to document requirements, clarify queries with dev and QA teams • Identify and manage upstream/downstream dependencies; clearly communicates those dependencies with other BSMEAs and technical Product leads; vendor; • clearly manage client expectations and PSL internal stakeholders • Prepare design document and other documents as needed • Analysis of existing customer satisfaction functionality requests with the goal of making business-value based recommendations to Product Owner • Ensure that all features and requirements are delivered on-time, within scope • Coordinating team members and development team in order to solve issues. • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Build rules to manage KYC regulatory requirements • Build application framework with API enabled plug-n play architecture to support onboarding and account opening needs. • Build UI to capture applicant details, address details, identity proof documents for party types – Individual, Entity and Trust • Build UI to capture the occupation details, activities, PEP, Purpose of account and source of funds • Build UI to capture the product selection, type of transaction and range • Build validations, business rules for appropriate hard stops and UI for BSA AML team to perform Enhanced Due Diligence • Build RESTful API services to consume the applicant details, address details, identity proof documents for party types – Individual, Entity and Trust and provide appropriate response as a service with KYC • Completion status, validations required and outstanding due diligence questions to complete based on the party type • Build business rules leveraging BRMS – Drools providing self-manage business rules capabilities • Build necessary system notification for BSA AML team and Bankers. • Build dashboard for Admin activities to add / edit questions on CPIPI, CIPPIv, CDD, ADD, PEA and EDD *Key Technical Skill* • Strong experience working on projects in onsite-offshore model in Agile framework • Strong interpersonal / communication skills to lead and effectively engage stakeholders across multi-discipline to delivery. • Experience with TFS, JIRA and CD/CI framework • Very strong experience in BSA/AML domain for US banks. Should have good knowledge of KYC business process and rules. • Very strong experience in leading business requirement and analysis of complex business application • Should have strong experience in strategic business process modeling, traceability and quality management techniques • Should have experience in leading projects delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes/mockups. • Should have experience in working in Agile projects, with experience in using tools such as TFS for maintaining user stories, backlog • Prepare required project documentation as mandated by PMO office • Must be able to sort through vague requirements to clearly document expectations, scope and functional and non-functional requirements. • Must demonstrate ability to think out-of-box, understand business drivers and collaborate with project team to conceptualize best-fit solution for business needs. *Desired Skills* • Knowledge of NodeJS, Angular JS, or any Open stack platform. Experience with Javascript, HTML5, REST API • Experience with system integration platforms such as Mule.
