Hope you are doing well…! *Role: Technical Design Manager* *Location: Littlerock, AR* *Duration: Long Term* *Visa: H1* This position is responsible for creating or selecting the most appropriate design for a system (or systems), that meets the business needs, satisfies user requirements, and achieves the desired results under given constraints. This position also includes the responsibility for both coordination and actual performance of design. Required Skills · 10+ years experience in analyzing, design, development and implementation of WEB based Applications. · Experience in MVC architecture. · Strong skills with Web Forms. · Experience in Object Oriented Methodologies (OOPS) and Object Oriented Design (OOAD). · 10+ years experience in C#, ASP.NET and ADO.NET · 10+ years experience in XML, XSLT, AJAX, HTML, JavaScript, JSON and CSS · 5+ Experience in Visual Studio 2010/2013 · 7+ years experience in JQuery · Experience in Web services, WCF and Web API · 5+ years experience in TFS (Team Foundation Server) · Good Knowledge in SQL Server 2008 R2/2012/2014 design and development of Stored Procedures, Triggers, User Defined Functions and Reporting Services Primary Responsibilities Monitor adherence to the user requirements, documentation, and process standards Develop alternative models/prototypes for review Document design requirements Secondary Responsibilities Keep track of needs across all projects to assign tasks to resources that are available Serve as interface between functional, development, network and DBA teams Participate in developing standards for projects Escalate issues regarding project requirements (hardware, software, resources) to the relevant Project Manager Assist in the gathering of technical and functional requirements Assist in development of flow charts depicting business processes where needed Technical Design Manager Roles and Responsibilities Help define the solution that best encompasses all detailed requirements prescribed by the user Assist/provide oversight in designing the screens with project team resources.
