You will also be responsible for: · Assisting the Product Owner in leading, directing, and reviewing all activities associated with delivering Automation technology. · Responsible for product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction. · Responsible for conducting Design Thinking sessions with LOB process owners to gain insights into end user and customer needs, Manages the Product Backlog for a Product, working with the Product Owner to prioritize requirements, define and manage scope and sprints for a project. · Provides operational support to practitioners. Help understand & Configure Automation Anywhere features in production and non-production environments. · Engage with various teams to resolve production issues as they arise. *Basic Qualifications:* · Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or relevant educational or professional experience · Requires a minimum of two (2) years of related experience in Robotic Automations & process automation assessment analysis. · Requires extensive experience in BFS domain · Requires experience in process design and process improvement aspects · Requires advanced written, verbal analytical and communications skills · Requires 2+ Years working experience within RPA/RDA implementations using AA · Requires Strong interpersonal and relationship skills *Basic interaction skills:* · Advanced working knowledge process management, and banking applications · Ability to coordinate and work effectively with teammates, end-users and leadership · Ability to work in a virtual team environment · Basic knowledge of Lean Management and/or experience with process improvement opportunities to eliminate waste · Ability to learn new concepts and adapt to situations quickly · Basic knowledge of Office tools · Strong strategic analytical and problem-solving skills to drive impact · Comfort operating with autonomy and dealing with ambiguity · Project or effective time management experience to demonstrate ability to deliver timely results · Requires the ability to complete work in an acceptable timeframe, manage a variety of detailed tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
