· Collaborate with MES build team
· Help users at onsite if in case any technical issues
· Lead the enhancements and deployment of same
· Lead the validation documentation
*Generic Managerial Skills*
· Must have very good written / verbal communication and
presentation skills
· Should be able to communicate with and handle customer expectations
· Should be able to manage customer communication and offshore
communication efficiently
