Automation experience is preferred 4. Oracle , DB2 experience 5. Mainframe, UNIX, MQ experience is preferred *Who are we looking for?* Position requires Creation of Test Plan, Test Cases, Execution of Test, Test Results capturing, Status Reporting Key Responsibilities 6. Design, develop and execute automation scripts using java, python, ruby and open source tools such as selenium 7. Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting Build design and construct automated process to do data validations for Item data feeds 8. Work with multiple database management systems, mainframe systems, Applications running in Unix/Linux 9. Proven work experience in Retail application areas including but not limited to SurePOS ACE, ISP, Inventory Management, Order management and Accounting consolidations. 10. Proven work experience in software development and software quality assurance with strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes 11. Must be technical to do detailed root cause analysis of the problems encountered during the testing Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing, hands-on experience with automated testing tools Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases. 12. Experience with performance and/or security testing Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. 13. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. 14. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities Identify, record, document thoroughly and track defects. 15. Perform thorough regression testing when defects are resolved. 16.
