Although this position could involve hands-on development work, its primary focus is one in which the technical analyst works closely with business or client teams and business analysts to transform business requirements into technical specifications for the technical design of a modification. - The analyst would then provide direction/guidance to other onshore or offshore development teams as they work to create and implement the technical specifications provided. - This individual also works closely with the project manager to ensure adequate reporting of assignment status, monitors the work and progress of those completing the development, and provides support to the QA team/process as needed during the testing phase.
