We have an immediate need of a Senior Programmer with our Direct Client in Baltimore MD for a Project Duration of 3 Years. Please get us a perfect match for the requirement. *Senior Programmer:* *Location : Baltimore .MD * *Duration: 3 Years* *Duties and Responsibilities:* l Develop 3-tier applications using Oracle database and Oracle application server. l Develop and maintain Oracle 12C forms and reports to support existing applications. l Develop applications using PL/SQL, SQL, SQLJ, Oracle Text, Oracle Blob, PL/SQL server pages, Java and other applicable software. l Ability to work across various computer operating systems (Windows, Linux and AIX). l Analyze and document complex system requirement specifications. l Prepare detailed specifications and data flow diagrams. l Design business process and modules. l Design software and subsystems using SDLC methodology. l Develop software and subsystems according to specifications. l Integrate and test software components and manage their implementation. l Estimate software development time and schedules. l Follow MPA guidelines on software project management. l Follow MPA guidelines on software configuration management. l Provide ongoing system and application maintenance and troubleshooting. l Review existing programs and recommend performance improvements. *Minimum Qualifications* *l* *Demonstrate expertise in Oracle database management running on RedHat Enterprise Linux and IBM p520s servers with AIX operation systems* l Minimum of 2 years of experience developing and deploying applications on Oracle (10G, 11G and 12C) Application Server. l Minimum of 2 years of experience developing and deploying Oracle (10G, 11G and 12C) forms with Java beans. l Minimum of 2 years of experience developing and deploying and Oracle (10G, 11G and 12C) reports. l Minimum of 2 years of experience writing Oracle SQL, PL/SQL with Java embedded SQLJ, Oracle BLOB; scripts for table, view, and other database objects. l Minimum of 5 years of experience developing, deploying and managing applications on Oracle multi-tier architecture with high-availability and/or replication environment. l Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software programmer resource. l Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Information Technology or related field. *Preferred Qualifications:* l Experience in Oracle under Oracle high-availability and replication environment, developing application in oracle java technologies using Oracle 11g & 12C developing environment in socket programming; l Experience in the development of financial or related business systems; l Experience with Electronic Document Management System; l Experience in security systems such as Marine Terminal Operations; l Experience supporting with Interrmac printers and barcode applications; and l Experience providing administrative and application support for Sales Force.
