*SAP HCM functional consultant* *Location: White Plains, NY* *Contract* Our Client is in need of an SAP HCM functional consultant to complete the implementation of SAP Time Management/Evaluation to support payroll and translate complex time and attendance business rules into SAP and the direct impacts on employees' vacation accruals. Must have expert level configuration experience in this area. Must have excellent communication skills and able to work onsite full time. Required experience: Experience working with business process owners to develop business requirements definition. Provide technical design and perform functional configuration. Perform integration testing and facilitate user acceptance testing. Develop training materials and present materials to users. Assist in maintaining, generating and making available organization charts by exporting data from the SAP system. SAP Experience in Time Management & PA/OM. SAP Time; PA/OM; SAP; HCM; HR; configuration; requirements; schemas; time and attendance; analysis. Excellent planning and project management skills required. Excellent written & verbal communications and organizational skills required. Proven initiative and achievement in improving processes desired. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while adapting to change and managing competing tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook software.
