technologies is must to have.*
Hand on experience on *ITOM* (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management,
Orchestration, Operational Intelligence, Cloud Management and Release
Automation) and *ITBM* (Demand Management , PPM Suite, Vendor Management,
Resource Management) and *Advanced* *ITSM* (Customer Service, Security
Operations, Vulnerability response, HR) areas. Be able to do regular
maintenance and enhancement work in *basic ITSM* (Incident, Problem,
Change, Asset, Service Catalog) and *Performance Analytics* to build
reports and dashboards. Candidates should have good implementation
knowledge in *Service Portal* which uses Angular JS/Bootstrap framework.
