Job Title: Senior .NET Developer (Full Stack)
Location: McKinney, TX
Duration: 6 Months
*What you will do:*
- Design and develop multitier web applications for customers and
internal users using MVC, LINQ, SQL, JavaScript frameworks and jQuery
- Build code (C#, .NET 4.5+) that leverages Web API and Web Services
(WCF, REST)
- Develop complex database solutions using MS SQL including T-SQL,
stored procedures, and SSIS
- Utilize Bootstrap, HTML 5, CSS, and ASP.Net to implement enterprise
web pages
- Enhance and support existing application that support day-to-day
business activities
- Design, develop, maintain and enhance systems based on business
requirements using approved technologies and coding standards
- Monitor and optimize systems to ensure best performance
- Write unit tests cases using Visual Studio Unit Test Framework.
- Experience in writing code using with mobile development platforms
like Xamarin
- Experience with MVVM frameworks.
- Document code appropriately for maintainability
- Translate requirements and use cases into technical designs and
functional code
- Collaborate with different teams and team members on projects
- Perform design and code reviews and help maintain code quality,
performance and application responsiveness
*Experience Needed:*
- BS degree in Computer Science or related degree
- 5-7 years with ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL Server, JQuery, WebServices, REST
Services
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, distributed
systems/architectures, web application architecture, SOA and relational
database design
- Proficient in web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, .NET, MVC,
LINQ, WCF, Web API, Entity Framework
- Strong understanding of web security concepts (CSRF, XSS, OWASP) and
.Net Security
- Experience using T-SQL with an ability to write SQL queries and stored
procedures
- Client-side scripting experience with JQuery
- Experience with mocking frameworks like MOQ is nice to have.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (MVS) and SQL Server
Management Studio (SSMS)
- Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Practical experience with a tier one cloud platforms like AWS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves
- Experience with Insurance domain is a plus
- Experience with Windows Services
- Experience in third party integrations.
