Job responsibilities will include supporting the platform overall, as well as specific development areas focusing on the Request Fulfillment and Performance Analytics process. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or other related field plus a minimum of five years’ recent related experience in development role in an enterprise IT environment Required certification: Service Now System Administration Ability to work with Java and JavaScript and open source tools in a Unix/Linux, MySQL and agile development environment. Strong web application development with Java based server environments. Familiarity with JavaScript, XHTML and XML with database design schemas and data modeling Previous experience of working in a SCRUM environment Strong requirements gathering experience. Ability to work with business users and clients A background in IT Service Management is highly desirable 3+ years of experience preferred. Anticipate on-site first 1-2 weeks, then on-site as needed.
