Worker analyzes and plans customer requirements and how service solutions will meet those objectives. Will also be responsible for analyzing and communicating specific solutions, scope documents, and profiles in a Salesforce Platform environment. The worker writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify solutions; reviews system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine how Salesforce will integrate with existing systems.
