*Job Description:*
10+ years of experience in *Data acquisition* and *Integration*
Responsible for end to end migration of Installed Base data to and from
acquisitions and divestitures
Responsible for maintaining the overall data quality in the Installed Base
Implement the Change Management strategy for customers, partners and
internal stakeholders
Gather and document requirements for Installed Base migrations
Prepare Business Requirements documents for data migration
Work with the business to understand and document the mappings, Route to
Market and Go to Market strategies
Prepare the strategy documents in consultation with business stakeholders
Coordinate and work with the IT teams for implementation of the migration
strategy
Handle customer escalations during the transition period
Coordinate and work with the customer support teams for issue resolution
Prepare for and conduct Business Acceptance Testing
Communicate to the internal and external stakeholders on the progress of
activities
Conduct pre and post migration audits and testing
Ensure successful handover to core business post migration and support
period
