Must be highly proficient in ETL, data transformation, analysis, and statistical methods or have a solid background and high potential for rapid progress. You will be responsible for working with our analysts to discover, ingest, and transform data and automate as much of that possible, so that the model is usable for analytics. The efforts will be a true cradle to grave approach, with post development support being crucial. You will work with the analysts to align our efforts directly with sponsors, stakeholders, and data owners. Flexible working hours may be required (we have teams worldwide, including much of Asia). *Required Skills & Experience Levels:* You will be in a small team, so a collaborative, startup, fail fast mindset is absolutely required. Must have a proven record of ETL development, using code to transform data and of building structure from chaos and converting data to impactful insight *or* show potential to rapidly develop this skill set in a business setting. Experience with coding is required, whether VB, SQL, Python, R, etc. Attention to detail is essential. * Requirements gathering*: elicit, translate, organize, and manage requirements * Automation*: use various tools to automate and streamline data reporting * System analysis*: design basic data models to map relational data * Data analysis*: transform, analyze, and visualize data * Metric development*: design and develop * Data visualization*: Tableau preferred, other visualization tools accepted * Reporting*: analyze and summarize findings * Communication*: communicate effectively with key stakeholders *Desired Skills:* Tableau Desktop, Server, and Prep recommended with a working knowledge of R, Python, SQL, data transformation.
