- Deep understanding of Oracle CPQ & Sales Cloud data model (including a
thorough understanding of object relationships, BML, SOQL, and SOSL),
architecture, constraints, governor limits and change management
- Strong exposure to Oracle CPQ Sales Cloud architecture and
implementation best practices.
- Exposure to Oracle CPQ Cloud Integration using pre-built connectors
and point to point integration with CRM (SF) and ERP applications (Oracle
ERP)
- Proven experience with the Configuration/Administration of Oracle CPQ
Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Quoting and Configuration business processes.
- Strong knowledge of Business Analysis competencies (requirements
elicitation and management, business process mapping, data flow modeling,
functional specifications, and test scenarios). IIBA or similar
certification preferred.
- Packaged system fit gap and configuration
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills to
frequently interact with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical ability to quickly gather facts, perform root
cause analysis and draw conclusions in collaboration with another team
member
- Skilled at working across diverse constituencies, delivering project
tasks in a timely manner and driving issues to conclusion. Solving problems
through process AND technology change is key.
