*Roles & Responsibilities*
· Maintain the Product Backlog(Prioritize and manage the Product
Backlog)
· Requirements Analysis and Gathering (User Story Format)
· Explain or provide clarification of User Stories during the
Sprint cycles
· Define Acceptance Criteria for User Stories(Definition of Done)
· Release Planning and Sprint Planning
· Create Sprint Backlog (Decomposing User Stories to tasks ,
estimates and assignment)
· Commit to tasks and estimates in Sprint
· Remove impediments for the Team
· Coordination with Vendor in specific circumstances , wherein the
impediment or risk needs intervention of the product vendor
· Facilitate Sprint Review and Retrospective at the end of each
Sprint
· Conduct Demo at the end of each Sprint , which should be a
potientally Shippable Product increment
· Facilitate attendees(identify the stakeholders) for all Scrum
Meetings (Planning, Review, Demo, Retrospective)
· Ensure Continuous Feedback is received on Sprint Deliverables
from Bayer Stakeholders at the end of each Sprint and decide on the
prioritization of its inclusion in Sprint cycles
· Maintain metrics like Burndown charts etc
· Facilitate Daily Standup Meetings and Co-ordination
· Keep all the stakeholders continuosly aligned with Agile Framework
