Oracle EBS Test Lead

Location : Baltimore, MD

Job Description:

 

Oracle Cloud, HR, Finance and Supply Chain--Taleo

 

You will be working in a hybrid software development environment: following 
the methodology set forth by our System Integrator

 

•        You will help define and refine the test strategy and approach for 
all Insight applications, provide quality assurance leadership, and be 
ultimately responsible for ensuring software quality.

•        A hands-on approach is taken and requires strategic thinking and 
planning to provide leadership and expertise throughout the entire QA 
lifecycle, ensuring the success of the team's manual and automation efforts.

•        The lead will provide regular direction, mentorship, and coaching 
to QA and software development team members.

•        Assist, as needed, in the development of Change Control and 
Release Management Strategy

•        Educate global ICT and business colleagues on CRS’ ICT QA 
Management, and ICT Change Management policies and best practices.

•        Primary operational lead overseeing testing resources

•        Formulation of specific quality goals

•        Development of key quality and testing metrics and reporting

•        Design and rollout of policies and practices required to stand up 
an SQA and testing function

•        Establish and facilitate pertinent quality reviews

•        Identify and coordinate process improvements resulting from 
pertinent quality related ‘lessons learned’

•        Responsible for forecasting finite resources across the project

•        Establish and implement quality and testing process tailoring

•        Helps to build, motivate and manages a team that can deliver on 
objectives, consistent with the culture and philosophy of CRS.

•        Ten (10) years testing/QA experience with at least (3) years years 
in a management role.

•        Proven experience using multiple QA tools, packages, and 
methodologies.

•        Strong team building skills
