We have opening for Citrix Engineer *Job Title: Citrix Engineer* *Location: Golden Valley, MN* *Duration: 12 Months Contract* *Job Description:* • Technical Leadership: Provide level 2 and 3 technical leadership • Citrix Server Administration: Experience working with Citrix XenApp 6.x to 7.x, , Citrix Clients, StoreFront, Netscaler, MS Terminal Services and monitoring tools. • Wintel System Administration: Experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory (managing Users, Groups,OU objects, and group policies), managing shared folders, including setting up folder permissions • Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management: Excellent working knowledge of IT Service Management in an enterprise IT environment • Server Patch Coordination: Conduct and participate in regular monthly patching events. Create and update deployment schedules. Coordinate patching events with clients and customers. • Server Changes: Add, remove, and upgrade servers in Citrix environments. Perform proactive research and take steps to ensure stable system operation • Vendor Management: Work directly with hardware/software third-parties, vendors, etc. to support and maintain Citrix and Wintel environments • Experience with Citrix XenDesktop and VMWare View. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills. Citrix Engineer will be a primary technical subject matter expert for the Citrix platform The ideal candidate will have a Windows System Administration background and in-depth knowledge of Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop running on VMWare.
