Program Delivery (Size & Scope): [Large+] 16 - 32 project resources; 640 to 1,280 hours of effort per week; Up to $6.4M labor annual budget. OR program of equivalent business risk and criticality based on business process impact and cross-functional team involvement Program Execution & Governance: � In addition to full accountability and ownership of project execution, updates process and project artifacts to drive greater value and ensure project execution � Leverages fresh perspectives, breakthrough ideas and new paradigms to improve work group processes � Demonstrates understanding of the financial & economic levers that impact business performance & deploys them to improve short- and long-term results.
