*Duration: 6+ Months* *Job Description:* - We are looking for a solid, very experienced Scrum Master who can work with different squads and senior agile coaches - Must have a solid grasp and actual experience with the Agile practices, knowledge of Kanban - Must have a deep understanding and extensive experience with regarding release and sprint planning - Candidate must be Agile savvy and have a good handle on the latest Agile tools, Practices, and Concepts - Must have strong knowledge of Agile engineering practices such as Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Test-Driven Development, and Pair Programming - Must have strong experience in Jira - Must have the ability to work with large / distributed teams - Must have strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills - Experience training teams and large groups is a plus - Requires proven experience in change management, status reporting, and issue/risk management - Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment - Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating. Possesses the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments - .
