implementation using DMCplus
· Experience in APC model troubleshooting, defining KPIs for performance
tracking and driving performance improvements
· Design process control strategies and configure multivariable control
system
· Proficiency in multivariable identification techniques
· Ability to conduct assessment on process and operation
including feasibility studies, benefits estimation
· Advanced data analysis, variable transformation
· Experience in Adaptive Modeling
· Detailed understanding of multivariable control, concepts
of linear programming and cost calculations for controller objective
· Experience in PID loop tuning
· Process modeling experience using Aspen plus, Hysys, Aspen Custom
Modeler
· Good communication skills, customer relationship
· Good documentation skills
