The Scrum Master needs to be a great communicator that has experience working with product owners and analyst... a little PM skills is great but they need solid hands on scrum master leading teams exp... there isn't a huge backlog so they will be focused working with the business to drive requirements and work with the team to estimate and should have excellent rally experience.
