- Hands on experience with Issue management system : JIRA
- Hands on experience with Source control : Gitlab
- Sql server DB – PL/SQL, Stored Procs, Triggers, performance tuning
- Microsoft Development & Database Technologies:
- Visual Studio IDE
- SQL Server
- Adept at SQL query performance diagnosis & tuning
- SSRS – SQL Server Reporting Services
- SSIS – data integration & workflow
- SSAS – SQL Server Analysis Services
- Nested stored procedures
- User defined SQL functions & types
- Temp tables & CTEs (Common Table Expressions)
- Table variables
- Ways to avoid using cursors
- Powershell scripting
- EDI concepts
- Database Administration concepts including database backup/restore,
SQL Agent job creation/maintenance, managing security roles and permissions
etc.
- Strong ability to write custom queries utilizing TSQL for both DDL and
DML statements;
- Data Migration experience between applications or systems
- Database performance optimizations including index tuning, execution
plan analysis and troubleshooting
- Data warehouse implementations
